Users were encountering numerous UX issues and friction points throughout the purchase journey. Key information was difficult to find, navigation wasn’t as intuitive as it could have been, and the steps from browsing to requesting a quotation were filled with unnecessary obstacles. These small barriers added up, causing potential customers to hesitate or drop off, particularly at crucial moments where clarity and reassurance were essential.
Solution
Stakeholder interviews helped us pinpoint what genuinely sets the brand apart from competitors, and how that USP should show up throughout the user journey.
We then combined GA4 funnel data with qualitative insights to identify the exact steps where users were dropping off. Based on those findings, we prioritised A/B tests on the highest-traffic pages first (to generate impact quickly), while redesigning the supporting pages and key user flows to remove friction and address common hesitations at each stage of the purchase journey.

The broadband service provider offering internet to rural areas was attracting interest, but their content wasn't clearly communicating the key benefits of their services.
While the website was well designed with branding in place. However, failed to effectively highlight what made the service stand out in the market.
Solution
We started with social listening across relevant Reddit communities. This gave us unfiltered, real-world language around the biggest pain points, objections, and “this is why I gave up” moments in the broadband buying journey.
We then paired those insights with GA4 funnel analysis to pinpoint exactly where users were dropping out (and which steps mattered most commercially). That combination let us prioritise changes based on both what users were saying and what their behaviour was proving.
We prioritised A/B tests on key journey pages and checkout add-ons, improving completion rates while lifting AOV without harming conversion.
